Everything was perfect. Could not have asked for anything more. You were right on top of the entire evening. Thoroughly enjoyed myself, and truly thought I would be so busy making sure everything got done that I would not have time to enjoy the BIG day. From the moment I saw you and your professionalism, I totally relaxed and became a guest at our "own" Wedding. Time flew..............
Food was delicious, hot when served, beautifully presented. The wait staff was great, very relaxed, yet very professional. Every time I "tuned in" to the staff, someone was either humming, singing softly to themselves or had a little "lift" to their step with the music. Seemed they were enjoying themselves as well, not a job. So Kudos to them as well! Thanks again!

Thank you for your great professionalism, especially working with volunteers and Ambassadors. Your understanding of events and how they need to work shows great experience and flexability, - especially remaining calm and clear-headed when needed most. I think your direction makes all the difference in the success of an event, beginning with the initial planning and through to the final execution.

Thank you for another outstanding outing. The Leap! parties in the first 3 years were good in small venues, but the board wanted something more. I suggested The Pinnacle for this year; initially, it was met with "I never thought of that place" or "no, that place is too expensive". I told them that I had multiple experiences at the Pinnacle, and the two operative terms were "top notch location" and "surprisingly affordable". I put my rep in your hands, and you and your staff delivered again, as always. The accomodations were perfect, the food was great, and the extra touches (coat check, washroom attendants, security) were an unexpected touch of class for the attendees. The "Pinnacle Effect" transitioned the LEAP! party into a first-class event that people will look forward to in future.

We wanted to thank you for doing such a great job on our wedding reception.
It was a night we'll never forget, not only because it was our wedding, but because
you and The Pinnacle staff put so much effort into making sure we enjoyed ourselves
and had nothing to worry about. Everything was set up beautifully, and the night ran very
smoothly. All of our guests really enjoyed themselves, especially during dinner
